How we work
From the first moment you contact us, we work to truly understand the full scope of the project before we begin any work. We work with individuals, small business owners, entrepreneurs, and large companies.
Consult
We take the time to assess the scope of the project by asking questions
Demo
We send you renderings and proofs of what the final item will look like
Test
We test print on less expensive material before production
Materials we print with
PLA
The most common material to print on. Available in a huge range of colors, and also different filled versions, such as wood and metal for a unique finish. PLA is used for mostly modeling, due to its ease of printing, but low mechanical properties.
PETG
Chemical, UV, water and fatigue resistant. Great strength properties and can create very smooth prints. PETG is also food and skin safe making a great choice for all kinds of applications. Main material we use for our license plate frames and receiver hitch covers.
ABS
A common material to print on, with great durability, high temperature resistance, and impact resistance. ABS can loose some details on smaller parts due to slightly lower dexterity. The most well known product utilizing this material is Lego bricks.
TPU
A Polyurethane based material, ranging in elasticity from firm, to a rubber-like texture. TPU is highly impact and abrasion resistant. The material can be used to make O-Rings, tires, comfort coating for rigid parts, or even a wedding band to wear while working.
Nylon
Excellent filament for prints that need to work. Extremely durable, stays mildly flexible, and is highly impact and abrasion resistant. Various nylon filaments can even be reinforced with fiberglass or carbon fiber strands for strength and added rigidity. Nylon is great for mechanical and functional parts like gears.
Polycarbonate
PC is very versatile material used to make things from CD's to car headlights. It is tough, rigid, chemical and UV resistant. It is suitable for big temperature changes and impact resistant.
