Made-to-Order & Personalized Items

All of our products are made-to-order, often customized to your specifications. As such, they cannot be resold or restocked once produced. All sales are final.

Order Issues & Defects

We care deeply about your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll be happy to evaluate the situation and work with you to make it right.
